Thai Yoga Massage-Coming March 2012

Sessions are preformed on a floor mat in comfortable clothing. Pressure is applied with the hands and feet, compression and passive stretching which can feel like yoga without the work. It is known that the therapeutic effects of massage are cumulative when massage is received in regular intervals of 1-4 weeks. In order to encourage clients to take advantage of these therapeutic benefits a discount will apply for each future appointment when a client books their next appointment before they leave. The next appointment date must not be over 4 weeks from the last one. You do not have to sign an agreement or prepay. You may mix and match services to your needs. Shiatsu, also known as acupressure, is a finger pressure massage technique. Shiatsu massage therapy is founded on the chinese meridan system. Our highly trained, experienced therapist applies pressure with his thumbs, finger, and palms to specific areas of the client's body that have been determined during an assessment period prior to the massage session. Massage techniques like tapping, squeezing, rubbing, stretching and applied pressure are applied along the meridians to unblock energy blockages and reintroduce the optimal flow of chi (our life force).

Cranio-Sacral Therapy

CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on approach that releases tensions deep in the body to relieve pain and dysfunction and improve whole-body health and performance.
